We only process the personal data that is required to process our services and to manage course and event participants and interested parties. All personal data is processed in strict compliance with the applicable data protection regulations. We neither publish personal data nor pass them on to third parties without authorization. Data processing takes place exclusively within the EU.

The following personal data is collected based on the participant’s consent:
- Name of the student
- Age of the student
- Name of the legal guardian
- Address of the legal guardian
- Contact details of the legal guardian (telephone number, email address)
We absolutely need this in order to be able to look after the participants (communication, issuing invoices), to inform them about events and to keep them up to date during the registration period.
Duration of data storage
We only store personal data for as long as it is needed for the purpose of processing and legal claims can exist, or as long as legal regulations require us to do so. They will then be irrevocably deleted.
For example, due to legal provisions (retention obligations) of the Corporate Code (§ 212 UGB) and the Federal Tax Code (§ 132 BAO) for billing and financial data, the relevant personal data must be stored for 7 years.
Data security measures
The personal data that we process is stored and secured with particular care at both a technical and organizational level. They are protected against accidental or unlawful destruction and loss and we ensure that they are used properly and that the data is not accessible to unauthorized persons.
Based on a contractual agreement with us, all of our processors are obliged to also take all technical and organizational measures for secure processing. This is checked regularly by one of our responsible persons.
Without consent to data collection, registration for music lessons and other offers is not possible.
No data will be passed on to third parties for processing.
